Framero Refund Policy

At Framero (https://framero.net), we are committed to delivering beautiful, high-performance Framer templates that help bring your creative vision to life. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we strive to ensure each product functions exactly as described. If you encounter issues with your purchase or believe the template to be defective, please contact us through our live chat or support page. To assist you efficiently, our support team may request documentation such as screenshots, screen recordings, or shared project links.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full or partial refund within 14 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

The Framero template is completely non-functional, and

You contacted our support team and received no response within 72 business hours, or

The product description was materially misleading and does not reflect the actual product.

If your situation qualifies, you can request a refund. Please note that Framero reserves the right to ask clarifying questions and determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

You changed your mind after the purchase.

You bought the product by mistake and access has already been delivered.

A team member or someone else purchased the product using your account or payment method.

You refused to cooperate with our support team or denied access needed to investigate the issue.

You requested a refund after 14 days without previously contacting support.

The product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price.

A site-wide discount or campaign was active during your purchase (refunds will only be considered after the campaign ends).

The refund request is for license upgrades or renewals.

Additional Notes:

You may cancel your Framero account or subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

If a refund is approved, you are not permitted to use the refunded template or any of its assets. All related files must be deleted from your systems and projects.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
